Damn, I had no idea there were so many countries where online gambling is illegal. The muslim nations sure, I understand, but wtf even czech republic? For some reason when it's about betting on online lotteries and online sports it's alright though. Go figure. Interesting nonetheless. Good article.
Seriously, at some point, hopefully much much later down the road, they'll probably shut off the online portion of GTA V Online one day. But if they don't allow people to have access to everything they bought in the online mode using tons of real cash buying those shark cards by somehow transfering it all to the single player portion of the game, I swear they might as well not bother releasing a GTA VI, cause people will be so mad they won't even buy it.

WTF?! Ithought Sony didn't want to hear about it on their console?!
Well said!
What "ISP servers"? You make it sound like there is a valid reason for us to be charged XX $/€/month to have internet in our homes, when all the infrastructures in the towns/cities/villages are funded with our taxpayers' money. I 'm eligible for fiber internet, it comes right here in my street, yet I don't have it because I would have to pay my ISP even more than I do now, each and every single month, when I (and many others of course) paid for it in the first place. I s...
230 million dollars... Damn, Rockstar made GTA V with about the same amount of money. Either this is the most ambitious videogame project ever seen in history or it is one of the most successful scam ever. I understand they are indies, but with that amount of money they certainly can afford to turn their supposedly small indie team into a huge studio that employs 100s if not 1000s of people and can deliver the game at some point.
BTW, have they recruited Mark Hamill to play...
Sheesh, some haters over there in the comments section after the link...
Anyway, on topic, I agree with Mr Kojima on this, I tried playing Fortnite twice, but just couldn't get into it. I don't understand why so many people play that game, and it's jarring to see almost nothing but Fortnite players whenever I launch the Live on Playstation app on my PS4, because of that I seldom use it. Maybe I'll give it a third try if they ever make the PvE mode free to pl...
"However, this has resulted in Pro having 1080p performance modes that simply don't appear on Microsoft's enhanced console."
Whaaat?!
This is incredible! OK, the characters are SD unlike the actual FFVII Remake, but the setting looks pretty close, and for all we know it looks very playable!
So many years waiting for DREAMS, but when it finally comes out it may well be the biggest PS4 exclusive ever...
...if it does come out for the PS4 of course :p
It's insane how great GT5 still looks to this day...
...and how terrible the engines still sound :(
I thouGht The Witcher 3 GOTY looked marvelous on my PS4 PRO, but this takes the cake. If only we had access to mods on consoles...
I've been thinking about getting Injustice 2 definitive edition or w/e it's called, with Hellboy and the Ninja Turtles, but heard it's repetitive because there aren't enough special moves, supposedly. So I wonder if I should get it. The game looks fantastic and very dynamic, and with the extra guest characters it looks fun, but knowing very little about the DC universe apart from Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, I fear it could be money down the drain...
That visual novel is not even japanese... Very poor taste all around with that thing, esp. when it comes to painting it as a product from Japan because the authors don't have the coj*nes to stand for it...
The character was named Balrog only in the western version, because Capcom US thought the name Vega (the last boss in the japanese version) thought it was a better fit for the second boss (who is a spanish character and was originally named Balrog in the japanese version). That black boxer character was originally named M. Bison in the japanese version, so there's that too...
No it's not. Or you tell me what you gained from that infamous update back then on the PS3 which completely removed the option to install Linux on that console. I'll be waiting.
Oooh! A new PS4 system software update! Aaand, what do you know, it's yet another semi-stealthy anti-hacker update aimed solely at preserving Sony's interests while totally ignoring its userbase's! How surprising!

That's insane, dammit, it looks like a pre-pre-alpha technical demo of the next Nintendo Super Mario game! They got it all, down to the little smoke puffs when he ass-stomps the ground, and the eyes even close...?! How did they do that? It will have taken nothing short of the whole PS4 gen to make Dreams, but when this game finally comes out it will be something really special. But damn Sony and MM if they end up not releasing it on the PS4 and pushing it as a PS5 launch title.
Precisely my fear about PSN accounts as well. I haven't been able to log into my Hong Kong PSN account for years now, as I have lost my password and I can't, for the life of me, find the phone number or e-Mail address of the HK Playstation support, and I have for over 80€ worth of PS1 digital games stuck in there that I don't wanna lose. Any help would be greatly appreciated, lol
Just re-open some of those studios they shut off like idiots, already:
The studio that made the Motorstorm games
The studio that made the Wipeout games
The studio that made the SOCOM games and MAG
The studio that made the Genji games
The studio that made the Warhawk games
The studio that made the Syphon Filter games
And try to buy Bluepoint games at least and build a couple more from the ground up, and they'll be all set.
Wow, the Microsoft execs just keep changing the Xbox One UI like they change shirt, don't they? This one looks kinda nice, it's less inspired by Windows 10, and more readily readable, but it's all still very static and dark. And whatever happened to that dual-screen-like layout where you could switch almost instantly between the videogames side and the TV side of things, like when they first showed the UI back then?
